September, 2003, Moscow Our company took part in IPSA Advertising Souvenirs, the fifth anniversary exhibition, which was held from September 16 to September 18, 2003 in the building of State Service Russian Academy.
IPSA exhibition takes place twice a year: in autumn and winter. It is an important event for the players of advertising souvenir business. About 160 exhibitors gather to show their achievement and novelties.
Our company annually participates in this cult move. It is a perfect opportunity to show in the best way the original products — souvenir chocolates and to get into necessary contacts.
The stand of our company was set at a high level frequent place, practically in the center of the showroom. It helped to constant influx of people to our stand. At first people were attracted by color — our stand was decorated with colorful posters. Then showcases decorated with multi-colored labels of chocolates attracted attention. Then visitors, guessed, that these were not notebooks — pens — calendars, exclaims delight: «oh, is it really chocolates?!». Our managers operatively opened portfolio with executed orders: «yes, these are souvenir chocolates… This order was performed for Avraam Russo, the well- known singer, and this one — for „Izvestiya“. … Exactly, „TNT“ TV Company is among our clients too».
For three working days of exhibition, our managers distributed all business cards, booklets, and plenty of chocolates.
Appraising the efficiency of our participation in this measure, it is possible to say, that the exhibition was very useful for us, we received enough orders for chocolate. The exhibition expenses were paid back in October!
