Orders

The usual period is not more than four weeks from the moment an order for a label design has been confirmed and payment made. An express order can be fulfilled in under two weeks.

• You send us the logo in electronic format together with your bank details.
• The designer decides whether extra work is required to prepare the logo for printing. If it is, the manager will inform you of any additional charges.
• When the cost of the total order has been worked out, the orders department will send you an agreement and an account.
• When payment has been cleared, the designer will produce a label and e-mail it to you for confirmation. You should then fax a printout of the label with a statement to confirm the design stamped by the company.
• The labels are then printed and the chocolate produced. You will then be contacted by the sales department to arrange a time for delivery.
• When you take possession of the goods, you will receive the accompanying delivery-receipt documents, which should be signed after the goods have been checked.

Bars of 3 g, 5 g and 9 g are packed in boxes of 1000. Bars of 100 g are packed in boxes of 20.
